Anderson University Joins SAGE Tuition RewardsAnderson University, with a location Central Indiana but a global reach, is the 20th Indiana private college to participate in the SAGE Tuition Rewards program.

Located less than an hour from downtown Indianapolis, the University in 1964 began offering the unique Tri-S program (Study, Serve, Share). Tri-S has provided 21,000+ students, faculty and staff with global, affordable service-learning and cross-cultural opportunities, with 400 students going abroad every year.

AU students serve in the jungles of Peru, villages of the Caribbean and rural communities of Uganda. Participants care for the sick in clinics and hospitals in Hong Kong, Korea and Honduras. In India, students assist the Missionaries of Charity in caring for the destitute and dying in Kolkata. Educators tutor and teach in England, Taiwan and Egypt. Volunteers support community development projects in Belize, Egypt, Brazil and with Native Americans in the USA. Prospective ministers lead youth camps vacation church schools, and ministry in Australia, England, Finland and Germany.

Anderson’s mission is to educate students for lives of faith and service in the church and society. Established in 1917 by the Church of God, AU is home to more than 1,500 undergraduates who provide more than 24,000 hours of volunteer service annually. Small classes are the norm; a student-faculty ratio of 12:1 provides for individual attention from distinguished faculty.

AU offers more than 50 undergraduate majors. Popular programs include business, dance, education, nursing and social work. New majors include sport marketing, computer engineering, national security studies and information security. AU offers 14 NCAA Division III sports; a nationally-recognized intramural program; numerous campus ministries; and, social & service clubs.

52 Christian colleges and universities are now Tuition Rewards members.
