The University of Valley Forge was founded in 1939 and is part of an international network of Assemblies of God colleges and universities. A private university with undergraduate, graduate, and lifelong learning programs, our mission is to prepare individuals for a life of service and leadership in the church and in the world. Our community is small, close-knit, and diverse. Each member—student, faculty, and staff—supports and guides each other as we grow and develop intellectually, physically, spiritually, and socially.

At the University of Valley Forge(Phoenixville, PA), faculty, staff and students connect with each other on a first-name basis, building quality relationships that last a lifetime. Students live and study on a beautiful, 106 acre campus -- just minutes from Valley Forge National Park and 25 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia -- that emphasizes personal relationships, growth and accountability.
Students can choose from 47 areas of study in 25 different degrees, including business, digital media communications, education, music performance, psychology, social work, pastoral and youth studies. The Connect2 Technology program equips all incoming freshmen and transfer students with their choice of a MacBook Pro or Dell laptop. The newly established CO-OP (Comprehensive On-Campus Occupational Program) provides students with on-campus employment, making a private education affordable. Students literally "earn while they learn."
