Silver Lake College, located in Manitowoc, WI, is an expanding Catholic liberal arts college sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity. Education, Psychology, and Business Administration (including Accounting) are among the most popular of Silver Lake’s 24 majors. Available fields of study also include four music majors, two special education majors, two early childhood education majors and two art majors (studio art, art education). The 392 undergraduates benefit from personal attention from professors; this is a school where the faculty will always know your name!
Silver Lake is in the midst of a major campus transformation. Clare Hall is being renovated into the school’s first student residence and will open in the fall of 2009. The school is also constructing a new Music Education and Performing Arts Center and an Events Center.
